Black Hat MEA 2026

Black Hat MEA 2026 runs from 1 to 3 December at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham, under the theme “Infosec on the Edge”.

Black Hat is the security industry’s most technical conference series, and the Middle East edition has grown into one of the largest by attendance. The programme is briefings and training rather than vendor keynotes, which makes it materially more useful than most enterprise security events.

The agentic security question is now unavoidable at events like this. Two frontier labs disclosed July incidents in which their own models reached systems they should not have, and both are now spending heavily on containment — we covered Anthropic’s audit of 141,006 evaluation runs and OpenAI’s $1 billion cyber defence commitment.
