NEW DELHI, India – September 8, 2026 – Infini3, the events and media platform created by 28° North, has announced the launch of “Ready For The Run,” a community-led intelligence circuit designed to bring together builders, founders, investors, traders, researchers, KOLs, marketers and other participants across India’s AI and Web3 ecosystem for candid conversations about where the market and the communities building around it, are headed next.
The initiative is built around a simple idea: the community should not just attend the conversation. It should help shape it.
A format without panels, keynotes or demos
Running across nine cities, with an accompanying launch party, “Ready For The Run” is designed around a format that moves away from conventional industry events. The circuit will feature no panels, no keynotes and no product pitches. Instead, participants will shape the conversation through live polling, surveys, open discussions, networking and community-led debates, creating a structured read of what people building, investing in and participating in AI and Web3 actually think actually think about where the ecosystem is headed.
The objective is not simply to gather people in a room. It is to capture what the room believes, where it agrees, where it disagrees and what those signals reveal.
The meetup circuit will travel through Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore. A launch party will kick off the initiative, followed by city-wise community gatherings that together form one connected circuit rather than a series of standalone meetups. The full meetup calendar and event registration information are available throughthe Ready For The Run meetup calendar.
“Ready For The Run” is intended to create a setting where community members can discuss the opportunities, challenges and changing dynamics across AI and Web3 without the constraints of a traditional conference format. Rather than beginning with predetermined presentations, the initiative starts by asking the community what matters, then uses those answers to shape the conversation.
That difference is central to the model. The community is not an audience being spoken to. It is part of the intelligence being built.
Turning conversations into community intelligence
The initiative is built around the belief that conversations taking place across individual communities can become more valuable when they are systematically captured, organized and turned into actionable intelligence that can be shared across the wider ecosystem. During the circuit, Infini3 will gather community perspectives through discussions, live polls and surveys. Those inputs will be used to identify emerging themes and market sentiment, points of conviction, areas of disagreement and other signals from participants and ecosystem leaders across the nine-city network.
The problem Ready For The Run is trying to address is not a lack of information. India’s AI and Web3 conversations already happen across X, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, podcasts, YouTube and private communities. The problem is that much of that intelligence remains fragmented, local and difficult to read as one larger picture.
RFTR is designed to connect those conversations, city by city, and turn individual signals into a more meaningful collective view.At the conclusion of the initiative, the collected insights will contribute to an “India’s AI & Web3.0 Preparedness Playbook,” intended to provide actionable strategies and perspectives for participants based on their roles and interests within the ecosystem.
The Playbook is not intended to be another report written in a boardroom. It is being built from the conversations, data points, questions and perspectives gathered through the circuit itself. Each city becomes a chapter in a larger picture of where India’s ecosystem stands.
The broader objective is to turn community participation into collective intelligence that can help the ecosystem understand its own position before the next major phase of the market, rather than trying to make sense of it only after the fact.
Recognising different roles in the ecosystem
RFTR is also structured to recognize the different roles played by members of the ecosystem. Participants can engage as developers, founders, investors, traders, KOLs, marketers, researchers, students and other community members. Bringing these perspectives together allows the circuit to capture a broader view of the ecosystem rather than reducing the conversation to a single participant group.
An investor may read the market differently from a builder. A founder may see a different constraint from a trader. A Tier-2 community may be solving for a different problem than a major metro. RFTR is designed to put those perspectives into the same conversation.
The program also introduces a participation and rewards mechanism through which attendees can earn points for activities including answering live polls, completing community pulse surveys, bringing friends to the circuit and checking in at events. Participants can use these contributions to move up the community “Run Board,”turning participation itself into part of the experience and giving the wider circuit a reason to stay involved beyond a single event.
The rewards system reinforces a larger idea behind the program: contribution should be visible, not passive.
The nine-city roadmap, and the theme each city carries
The nine-city roadmap reflects the geographic diversity of India’s growing AI and Web3 communities. Each city also carries a distinct theme, giving the circuit a different lens at every stop rather than repeating the same conversation nine times.
Delhi NCR explores Signals. Chandigarh looks at the Blueprint. Jaipur focuses on Legacy. Lucknow examines Trust. Bhopal brings AI and Web3 together through Confluence. Hyderabad looks at Innovation. Pune focuses on Momentum, Mumbai on Capital and Bangalore on Scale.
Together, those themes form a chaptered narrative of the ecosystem, with each city contributing another piece to the larger picture of India’s ecosystem.

The Community Pulse Snapshot
One of the initiative’s core outputs is the Community Pulse Snapshot, a city-specific read of what participants actually think and believe. Rather than treating attendance as the result, RFTR treats the information generated by the room as the result.
With “Ready For The Run,” Infini3 aims to create more than a series of meetups. The ambition is to build a recurring forum for direct community participation while developing a broader, evidence-based picture of how India’s AI and Web3 ecosystem views its next phase.
The nine-city circuit combines in-person conversations with structured feedback, surveys and community research, culminating in a preparedness playbook built from the people actually participating in the ecosystem.
