- Jaipur scored 51 out of 100 on the first Ready For The Run Readiness Index, rated “Emerging”.
- AI Usage scored 77, Crypto Ownership scored 16, the widest gap in the eight sub-scores.
- 106 registrations produced 3,500+ data points and 1,000+ live poll responses.
- Pune follows on 31 October and Mumbai on 4 November, during IBW and Devcon week.
Ready For The Run reached Jaipur on 10 October carrying a new tool: a single score for how prepared a city is for AI and Web3. Jaipur came in at 51 out of 100, rated “Emerging”, with a clear shape behind the number. The city is fluent in AI and still early in crypto.
NEW DELHI, India, 30 October 2026. The index is the newest layer of a community-built effort to prepare India’s AI and Web3 builders for the next run, and Jaipur is the first stop to carry it.
The shape behind the score
Jaipur’s eight sub-scores:
- AI Usage: 77
- Market Outlook: 69
- Stablecoin Awareness: 65
- AI Tool Adoption: 47
- BTC Conviction: 47
- Builder Activity: 47
- Investment Intent: 38
- Crypto Ownership: 16
The widest gap is between the first and last lines. 69% of the room uses AI daily for study or work, yet crypto ownership scores 16. The room is also cautious about trust: 35% name lack of trust as the top barrier to VDA adoption, and while 47% would let an AI agent trade with their capital if guardrails exist, only 26% have used an agent that takes real actions.
Why a score at all
A percentage tells you what one room thinks. An index lets you compare rooms. Jaipur is the first snapshot to carry the index, which sets up stop to stop comparison as more cities report. Jaipur’s 106 registrations produced 3,500+ data points and 1,000+ live poll responses, and the room skewed student, at 55% of respondents, so the score should be read as a Jaipur read, not an India verdict.
“A score is only useful if it points at something you can act on. Jaipur’s says: the appetite and the tools are there, the trust and the on-ramps are not yet. That is a very different brief for a builder, a regulator or a sponsor than a headline number alone.”

From scores to a playbook
The Readiness Index sits inside a larger plan with six parts:
- Meet: city by city meetups where the community sets the agenda.
- Measure: pre-event surveys and live polls at every stop.
- Listen: ecosystem leadership insights on topics the community chooses.
- Track: market insights that surface while each event is on.
- Compare: a Community Pulse Snapshot per city, building a shared national picture.
- Prepare: all of it compiled into India’s AI and Web3.0 Preparedness Playbook.
Before Jaipur, the Launch Party on 22 August in Gurugram, with 152 survey and poll participants, and Delhi NCR on 19 September, with 176 registrations and 1,900+ data points, set the baseline. Across all three rooms, AI plus crypto led the next cycle narrative at 45%, 49% and 50%. TechToken covered the circuit when Infini3 announced the nine city route.
Next stops
- Pune, 31 October, theme “Momentum”: Coditas HQ, Trackside Partner.
- Mumbai, 4 November, theme “Capital”: during IBW and Devcon week, powered by Longbook, with India Blockchain Week as event partner.
Built with the ecosystem
The circuit is backed by 50+ partners. Flitpay powered the Jaipur stop. Ecosystem allies include Bitrefill, HelloMinds, an Animoca Brands company, KoinX, QuillAudits and Kryptos, alongside media partners and city communities across the country.
About Ready For The Run
Ready For The Run (RFTR) is a community first meetup circuit that brings together builders, investors, traders, founders and researchers for real conversations on where AI and Web3 are headed next. It runs city by city across a nine city route, with room to add more.
The format is deliberately stripped back: no panel discussions, no firesides, no company pitches, no keynotes, no product demos. Every topic is chosen by the community itself, through surveys, live polls and real conversations in the room.
